Bullet proof coffee.
The recipe for bulletproof coffee (BPC) is credited to Dave Asprey, the founder of the Bulletproof Diet, which he used to lose one hundred and fifty pounds before making it popular to others.
Bulletproof coffee combines coffee, unsalted grass-fed butter, as well as Brain Octane Oil or XCT or MCT Oil. Both of these oils are full of caprylic acid, which is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral, which carries many health benefits.
Blend all three ingredients in blender and combined until smooth, with a consistency similar to a latte.
Being asian, I'm familiar with 'jamu' or free ranged egg mixed with pure honey elixir that my late father used to drink every morning. I look at BPC the same way, an energiser drink that is nutritious and delicious. However in modern urban society we will need to modernise our version of jamu. Thus, asianketo jamu BPC is born.

Jamu BPC (BulletProof Coffee)
1. Choose your prefered coffee (brewed or instant) about 2 shots/ 2 tablespoon if powder.
2. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
3. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
4. 1 tablespoon of MCT oil/powder
5. 1 tablespoon of salted butter (we use kerrygold)
6. 2 cups of hot water
7. Optional (1 pasteurised egg yolk)
